岗位职责
Primary Function:
Implement corporate HR policy and processes at the China and Asia Pacific region level. Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts working with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues. Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach. Partner with senior management to develop solutions through cultural and process perspectives. Deliver annual cycle programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock programs, workforce planning, and organizational change). Serve as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the region leadership team.
