岗位职责
National Sales Manager, China regional
1. Developing and managing a network of key Construction, Buildings, Industrial, HVAC, Marine and Petrochemical Solutions contractors. This network must also be capable of growing profitably in partnership with Group Insulation Products
2. Develop growth strategies to enter new market segments and aggressively build/construction, HVAC market share in China territorial
3. Build a strong market position in the Insulation markets, lead a team to be recognized as a customer service oriented, fast reacting technical expert organization
4. Develop maximum sales volume and profit in line with the strategy of Great China, maintain relations with key customers, distributors and agents
5. Identify and develop potential distributors Identifying opportunities for new products, markets and range changes to support business growth
6. Achieving specification of Group products throughout China, including projects with part-construction in other Asia Pacific region countries. Generating sales and maximizing profitability in-line with the China/Asia region/global business strategy
7. Develop specifications working with engineering firms, and create demand of our product for construction projects and in the Buildings/Construction/HVAC segments in China
8. Work with key decision makers in designers, consultants, contractors to materialize the business opportunities
9. Management and tailoring of technical literature for the local markets. Monitoring of legislative & industry changes
10. Providing technical presentations to industry associations, trade events and in-house customer visits

任职资格的具体描述:
Qualifications, Experience and Background:1. Bachelor or above in Mechanical engineering, HVAC, Thermal, Construction, Buildings, Coatings materials discipline etc. MBA and Engineering Master degree is preferred
2. Bilingual: Chinese and English
3. Working background in HVAC, Thermal Engineering, Coatings materials, Construction engineering, Building engineering and/or installation/plumber is preferred
4. 10+ years solid working experience and professional in Sales/business development, a solid background in sales within the HVAC, Building engineering, Construction and heavy-industrial markets
5. Minimum 5+ years Country/region sales manager and/or Asia pacific region sales manager/director experience
6. A proven ability to meet sales budgets, grow market share and develop new business
7. Experience in providing technical product knowledge to contractors and engineers
8. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A strong attention to detail, and high level of organization
9. Demonstrated in sales and business development performance
10. Having insulation experience or selling protective coatings to buildings or plants
11. A leader, Communicator, Organizer, Coordinator, Proactive, High motivated and reliable person with excellent health and pleasant personality
12. The position holder is rounded off by a high degree of integrity and trust, adaptation to high ethical standards and the willingness to travel
13. Solid level of computer literacy, including MS, Project and technical software
