岗位职责
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

? Develop and implement relevant sales and business development strategy and policy in China;
? Establish business partnership with related design institutes, project owner and other project stakeholders;
? Analyze and identify market development opportunities and allocate company resources and efforts on targeted segments;
? Work closely with Market department to promote company brand and technologies by organizing seminars and other technical events;
? Represent the company as appropriate in its relations with major designers, government agencies, etc., for project related issues;
? Recruit, develop and manage sales and technical support staff;
? As part of commercial leadership team to drive the company’s China business strategy;
? Support initiatives and policies from other company functions.
? Manage the budget, cost and expense.
