职位名称：Head of Finance - Project

Anticipate, manage and address financial issues that impact cross-functionally at project or company level, e.g. leasing matters, tax and other financial issues of contract/payment matters;

Manage financial planning and prepare budgets forecasts and strategic plan schedules

Accountable for finance management at project level in line with the corporate vision mission values and policies


Support Head Office Finance and coordinate with Project & Commercial Dept. to ensure supply of required information;


Responsible for on-shore Construction Loan Financing;


Review projects’ consolidation adjustments and schedules on a monthly basis;


Update other functions based on latest market & costs information and conducts economics studies


Increase the efficiency of payments within budgetary control to support development progress


Manage the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets and management reports.


Manage, train and build a strong and capable team of financial staff.

任职资格的具体描述：

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA or Master degree is a plus;


CPA/ CFA Qualification is preferred ;


Not less than 12 years experience in relevant field with at least 6 years in management role;


Understand the local culture and fluent in Mandarin, preferable with past working experience in PRC environment, familiar with local taxation and regulations;


Strong communication & analytical skills; good command in both spoken and written English & Chinese; excellent PC skills


Mature personality, objective and independent with a proven track record of high integrity.


Possess leadership qualities, able to motivating and empowering work team, flexible and adapts well to changing situations.


Property development industry experience preferred.
