岗位职责
Main Responsibilities
Transform culture and manufacturing capability to a high-performance manufacturing and engineer center.
Develop and implement strategic and operational plans and lead the team to ensure that production, quality, client satisfaction.
Develop and implement the manufacturing related policies and procedures in order to align with government regulation and corporate policy.
Allocate and balance work across direct reports and functional teams; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; and resolve people/functional issues in the department in order to achieve targeted performance and retain key talent.
Develop production capacity plan base on business forecast in order to improve manufacturing efficiency and achieve operation excellence.
Manage manufacturing, including execute production plan, review and solve manufacturing issues, and update the manufacturing key issues with operation director in order to improve manufacturing efficiency and achieve operation excellence.
l Build a strong engineer team to meet biz request. Involve and support (including allocate resource and provide advice) key process technology development in order to improve manufacturing efficiency and TPM performance to achieve operation excellence.
l Maintain production quality system in order to improve process and reduce DPPM to meet customer request and operation excellence.
l Monitor the implementation of EHS policy in production process in order to provide a safety environment to achieve operation excellence.
l Manage/supervise the project management team for new product introduction to mass production.
l Propose budget and control expenditures of the department within limitations of project budgets.
l Implement the employment procedures and standards of company to attract, develop and retain the right talents.
l Evaluate performance of staff regularly. Ensure proper level of technical and management training and team building for self and staff or requested.
l Lead a transformation of the organization and maintain regular communications with all other functions.

任职资格的具体描述：
l Bachelor degree or above, track record of over 7-10 years of working experience in Managing a factory, in plastic industry and preferably with experience is the plumbing segment manufacturing showers or faucets. .l Able to communicate technical specification with engineering and quality.
l Strong leadership especially sophisticated skills on People Management.
l Proven track record of transforming (not just maintaining) a manufacturing shop into a high performance value-added advance manufacturing center.
l Rich experience on Manufacturing Management that focus on Production Process Improvement, cost control and quality awareness.
l Should be cost conscious, hand on, analytical and a Team Leader.
l Should possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of technicians.
l Good communication skills, English and Mandarin.
l Able to work under pressure and strong desire to achieve aggressive targets.
