岗位职责

General:
Manage P&L for an assigned territory
Achieve an assigned sales quota
Develop and implement target market segment/geographical sales strategy that supports the overall annual sales and marketing goals for an assigned territory
Develop and maintain an adequate pipeline needed to achieve quota requirements
Direct Sales
Generate leads through cold-calling, marketing events and programs, existing contacts and other means
Develop & maintain relationships with clients and their executives
Qualify opportunities and identify customer business objectives
Discover customer needs and demonstrate how Meridian’s software solutions address their needs
Develop proposals and negotiate business and commercial terms for software and services
Leverage partnerships and relationships to secure new customers

5 Years of direct software sales experience with a solid understanding of business development, sales processes, market development and industry knowledge
Engineering and construction industry experience preferred
University degree in Engineering preferred
