岗位职责
ü Team Size: 29 employee
ü Delivery Management responsibility for all SAP related projects
ü Steering and coordination of assigned projects and reporting to the head of SAP delivery
ü Project management as needed for strategic projects or accounts
ü Presales support for the assigned market and business areas, includes proposal creation, P/L analysis and customer presentation
ü Controlling and optimization of the steering logic of the commercial customer development such as revenue, cost, ebit and delivery on time
ü Quality control of assigned projects to ensure the defined quality gates are met and processes are adhered
ü Identification of ways to improve the delivery quality of SAP projects
ü Responsibility for the financial result and the sourcing of SAP projects
ü Assuring success of projects for both T-Systems and the customer
ü Overall responsibility (technical, business & financial) for the SAP projects and representing them in front of the customer (including escalation)
ü 3rd party management and contracting

岗位要求
- 学历要求：全日制统招本科或以上

- 总工作年限：8年以上
任职资格的具体描述：
ü At least 8 years of experience in steering larger SAP projects as project or program managerü Demonstrated track record for having revenue responsibility for SAP projects worth at least Yuan 10 million
ü Excellent project management skills with exposure to senior management of the customer
ü Very good customer facing and customer relationship skills, experience with Service Level Agreements is a plus
ü Familiar with contract management and legal framework in China
ü Experienced in the bid management and the preparation of bids (i.e. calculations) for SAP projects
ü Profound SAP skills combined with good overall IT knowledge
ü Background as Sales Consultant is considered a plus
ü Working experience in a multinational IT company is highly desired
ü Working or project experience in automotive industry is highly desired
ü Excellent English and Mandarin language skills
ü Excellent communication and presentation skills
ü Entrepreneurial mindset and stress resistant
ü Strong personality with experience in dealing with difficult projects and customer situations
ü Team player
ü Willingness to travel (mainly within China)
