Title:高级财务经理
Report to:CEO
岗位职责
1、根据公司发展战略，制定部门发展规划；
2、根据部门规划，制定年度工作计划；
3、按照中国、美国会计准则和上市要求，审核与US GAAP 有关的财务报表和其它报表；
4、监督公司财务制度执行，确保公司财务安全运行；
5、完成上级领导临时交待的其他工作。
任职要求
1、大学本科以上学历，有海外留学、工作经验；
2、8-10 年财务管理工作经验，三年以上四大会计事务所工作经验；
3、三年以上部门负责人工作经验；
4、掌握财务核算、财务管理、财务分析、财务预测知识、会计理论和会计政策；
5、熟悉中国、美国和香港会计准则和上市公司要求
