Qualifications:
Education:
 Bachelor or above in major of Accounting, Finance or Economic
 CPA/ CPT or MBA
Functional knowledge/ Technical Expertise:
 Over 10 years of relevant working experience in field of accounting and finance management in FIEs
 Be very familiar with Chinese GAAP, US GAAP, China Tax Law, direct sales model and Manufacture/ trading or sales company sales model
 Be familiar with Chinese economic law and relevant laws, learn of basic foreign tax law
 Strong communication skills for internal and external customers
 Excellent English

Position Complexity
Business Expertise:
 Close and wide communication with all department and all employees internally is required due to the release of new accounting policies
 Keep very close communication with external customers, such as dealer/ Vendor/ Bank
 Be deeply familiar with company’s business, direct sales and retail sales model, accounting and financial management skill and relevant laws; strong communication skill, very prompt thinking
 Problem Solving:
 The various sales models, fast business growth, complex operation, high quality requirement, very complex and comprehensive tax law require prompt and effective actions and strong analysis skills. For example, when a new or special business model (SP Sales/ Zone Manager Commission etc.) is created and no specific guidance, the man on this position must decide how to deal with and balance the requirements between GAAP, Tax Law and company’s business
 Compliance with GAAP Global accounting and financial policies and procedures, China tax law, China custom law
 All actual situations must be taken into consideration since the guidance is not specific. All the judgments should be filtered, analyzed and evaluated. Major information is complex and dynamic, small is straightforward
