Position: Interactive Marketing Manager

Location: LG Twin Towers, Beijing, China
Dept.: Interactive Marketing Part, Integrated Marketing Communication Group, Corporate Marketing Team, LG Electronics China Headquarters
Line Manager: IMC Group Leader
Subordinate: 6

Focus:
Guides the 'creative vision' for LGE in the digital age, delivering innovative interactive solutions that are consistent with the company's image and quality standards. Manage key digital concepts from strategic inception to launch, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Accountabilities:
Develop an overall digital marketing strategy in conjunction with other Marcom and Product Marketing teams. This will include brand and product category objectives for online, digital media, branded entertainment, online event, SEM, internet word of mouth and social networking sites.
Create, manage, and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns, being flexible enough to act as a team leader or a team member depending on the campaign.
Manage and inspire external agencies in the development of key initiatives.
Use comprehensive project management skills to manage and launch campaigns.
Develop and manage an analytics program for all digital marketing programs. Regularly share findings with key stakeholders and optimize campaigns based on key metrics.
Manage relationship with global counterparts, keeping them regularly informed on all category projects.
Remain abreast of current digital marketing tools and techniques.
Manage and reconcile project budgets and maintain updated project status reports.

Demonstrates strong and effective interactive project management skills and can effectively manage key stakeholders with project milestones
Ability to lead and direct outside resources
Ability to manage multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timelines
Able to function as a leader within a cross-functional team.
Able to evaluate creative designs and provide thoughtful feedback.
Flexibility ? able to adapt to changes within campaigns and within the digital marketing landscape.
Solid understanding of the digital marketing environment, including web 2.0, media and advertising.
Able to effectively present ideas to large groups.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical business groups across the company.
A solid understanding of analytics, measuring and interpreting key campaign metrics.
Strong technical and production knowledge in the digital space


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
Minimum of 5 years of digital and direct marketing communications experience with a brand or agency.
Experience working on youth brands in the digital space
Expertise working with social media preferred

Direct reporting to Senior Integrated Marketing Communications Manager ? IMC Group, Corporate Marketing Team, located in Beijing.
