Responsibilities:
1. 1. Provide end user support in problem solving for QAD.
2. Liaise with users on reporting requirements and provide recommendation on existing ERP features if any, to improve current process flows
3. Prioritize work requests and customize reports using Progress, Results, Cognos or other BI tools
4. IS administration of account maintenance for LAN/Email, Software license maintenance, Hardware inventory maintenance and second level support
5. PC/Notebook troubleshooting on both hardware and software.Software/Hardware patch management.
6. Security management.
7. Provide training to users as required
8. Manage and document program changes.
9. Review and evaluate new MFG/PRO features or modules which interface with MFG/PRO
10. Any other tasks assigned by IT manager or management
Qualification:
1. 1. University degree on IT technology
2. Must have at least 8 years working experience.
3. Working knowledge of ERP system preferably with mfg/pro and programming using Progress will be advantageous
4. Good written and spoken English |
