  职位描述
1. Manage the Technical Support & Services Team in China affiliates, responsible for:
1)Delivering IS support services to Firmenich end-users within the boundaries of the established Processes and Procedures
2)Contributing to hardware and software deployment projects
3)Local service desk and workstation support operations
4)Delivery of Server Support services with IMS
5)Delivery and operations of network and telephony services
2. Manage the Support & Sustain Team in Firmenich China, including :
1)Pre-project analysis and design, change request analysis and prioritization
2)Project lifecycle activities (when assigned to projects), and post-implementation (2nd level) support for SAP and related systems.
3. Be the local IS manager responsible for supporting Asia Pacific SAP implementation in the China region
4. Be the Business Relationship Manager for the Firmenich China affiliates
5. Understand, at local/regional level, the processes, activities and needs for the business area(s) with respect to the global framework.
6. Manage the delivery of 1st and 2nd level functional support while following the IS Division's policies and procedures.
7. Work with external service providers where required to implement change updates.
8. Manage service impacting incidents while maintaining a strong focus on Customer Service.
9. Participate in the SAP implementation in the Asia-Pacific zone by ensuring project deliverables and by preparing and managing support personnel (internal and external).
