  职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1. Has sales responsibility for overall hydraulic filtration products.
2. To increase sales and prioritize the opportunities on an account-by-account basis to obtain optimum sales result.
3. Train sales team, distributor, OEM regarding product application, develop a comprehensive technical knowledge of hydraulic filtration products, applications, features, advantages and benefits.
4. Be aware of the competitive products and their activity in the market place, work out winning sales plan.
5. Obtain specifications and approvals at design institutes, owners and O.E.M targeted to result in sales opportunities or increased sales.
6. Present positive self-image and make good business decisions.
7. Review and manage accounts receivable to minimize risks.
8. Assume an unofficial leadership role among sales engineers of other product group where hydraulic products are combined in a package.

Qualifications:
1. Engineering degree.
2. Competent in English.
3. >4 years selling experience in hydraulic industry.
4. College degree (technical discipline may be required for some groups) with a minimum of 5 years in direct and/or distributor sales of industrial technical products.
5. 5+ years of progressive experience in sales or divisional operations.
6. Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written.
7. PC skills a must.
8. Must have proven track record of achieves plus experience.
