Key Job Tasks Performed
1. Assit in preparing cost estimate for budgetary pruposes
2. Assist in bidding process to ensure compliance with procedures
3. Assist in evaluation of proposals and selection of project contractor
4. Review progress payment to ensure compliance with contract
5. Assist in preparing standard contract terms and agreements
6. Collect and collate data to form a contractor and cost database for reference
7. Evaluate and negotiate variation orders
8. assist in preparing standard contract terms and agreements
9. Assist in tracking cost flow variance, spending vs. budget,etc. |
