  职位描述
This position requires CPA license and a Bachelors' Degree in accounting, with a minimum of five years related work experience in accounting and tax preparation. Work experience for a foreign enterprise is desirable.
In addition this position requires the following skills, knowledge and experience:
1.Project Finance and/or bank projects finance experience.
2.High knowledge in Tax Law regulation, also Chinese transfer pricing regulation. Ability to identify and resolve complex tax issues. Tax Bureau reports understanding.
3.Labor Law regulation knowledge will also be appreciated.
4.Proficient in accounting and tax software.
5.Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills.
6.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines.
7.Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
8.Excellent analytical, advisory, compliance and communication skills.
9.Ability to work well in a team environment. Flexible, adaptable and proactive.
Responsabilities:
1.To carry out the day to day Management Accounting functions for the Joint Venture.
2.To work closely with the business to ensure reporting requirements meet the end user needs and everything is reported in a timely and accurate manner to the Business Unit.
3.Communicates with tax authorities. Reporting and processing tax payments to tax authorities
4.Balance sheet account reconciliation
5.Managing accounts Payable (entering invoices into accounting system, check preparation, etc.)
6.Managing accounts Receivable (enter cash receipts into accounting system, generate invoices, etc.)
7.Responsible for reporting of payroll taxes. Payroll fulfillment
