This position requires a minimum of 5 years prior Human Resources Generalist experience in a regional capacity, preferably in a high tech or consulting environment. We are looking for strong functional knowledge across all of Human Resources. Knowledge of Human Resources laws and practices in both Sydney and Melbourne is a must. Additional Human Resources experience and knowledge of laws and practices in China, Japan and Singapore is necessary. Experience with SAP HCM is also helpful. Candidates with strong experience in managing data bases is an added advantage.
Qualified candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and strong persuasive skills. The ability to diplomatically negotiate a win-win is required. You must be results oriented, accustomed to working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and possess good general business knowledge. You must have familiarity with recruitment and working with employment agencies. A Bachelors Degree and HR professional certification(s) are required. In addition, a second language specifically Mandarin would be a distinct advantage. |
