  职位描述
职位描述：
全面负责公司财务及帐务， 兼管人事日常事务， 直接向总经理汇报
1. 按照国家会计制度及公司总部对财务的要求，编制国内外财务报表；
2. 审核公司的原始单据和办理日常的会计业务；
3. 相关凭证的编制及整理；总帐类帐务的处理；
4. 固定资产核算及帐务处理；记录、核算公司的固定资产，编制物资及设备台帐；
5. 根据税务要求，编制税务报表，做到数据准确，在规定期限内进行纳税申报及其他税务工作；
6. 定期检查公司库存现金和银行存款是否帐实相符；
7. 处理会计师事务所和其他政府部门要求的各项审计工作；
8. 及时将每月会计凭证整理归档，做好会计记录管理；
9. 做好ERP系统的财务相关维护和管理工作
10. 及时完成领导临时安排的其他工作。
职位要求:
1. 大学财务相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 具有5年以上财务工作经验，至少2年以上同等职位外企财务工作经验；
3. 具有丰富的全盘帐务操作经验，熟悉生产制造型企业成本核算， 责任心强，稳重，细心；
3. 能熟练使用财务软件，熟悉ERP操作，有ERP系统上线或使用微软Navision ERP经验者优先；
4. 具备会计中级资格，CPA优先；
5. 良好的沟通、表达能力，较强的协调、组织能力；
6. 良好的书面和口头英语表达能力；
7. 有良好的职业操守。
Job Description:
Report to Managing Director,
- In charge of all the accounting work of whole company, prepare all the finance & accounting reports for Chinese government and internal reports to the headquarter finance department;
- Deal with all kinds of auditing by accountant firm or different government officers;
- Use and ensure the Microsoft Navision ERP system work well;
- Ensure the cash in hand and cash in bank safety;
- Deal with the works about tax, financial, and any other related government department needs;
- Cooperation with the project managers about the project cost;
- Any other temporary work
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree of Accounting/f Financial
- Over 5 years financial experience including at least 2 years in a Financial management role in multinational companies.
- Have overview of charging of the whole general ledger experience
- ERP system user, prefer to who has Microsoft Navision ERP system implementation and using experience
- Good Enginlish skill both written and spoken
- Professional work attitude
