职位描述：
主要负责与客户、工程顾问、分包商及政府部门进行沟通、协调开展工作；对工程实施全面管理（包括：室内装饰工程、楼宇维护及翻新、土建等项目）。
职位要求：
1、 建筑相关专业，本科毕业；
2、 有良好的专业基础知识，熟悉建筑规范及相关的法律法规，具备5年以上(2年以上)相关项目工作的经验（包括：室内装饰、土建工程等项目），能独立协调各个工种开展工作；
3、 能熟练运用相关计算机软件（CAD、Microsoft Project等）；
4、 要求具备一定的英文读写程度，熟悉英语专业词汇，会普通话/粤语者优先考虑；
5、 责任心强，认真仔细，精力充沛，团队精神强，接受理解能力强；
6、 资历较深者可以考虑为高级项目经理。
