Our Client is a world leader and innovator in the design and manufacture of flexible interconnect products. The company provides customized flexible circuits, laminated cables, value-added assemblies and polymer thick film products for the automotive, telecommunications and networking, diversified electronics, aerospace and computer markets. There are three manufacturing plants in worldwide.
Job Titles: Human Resources Director - China
Job Responsibilities:
1.Accountable for the overall management and leadership relating to the HR/Admin policy, processes and services;
2.Participate in the strategic planning activities and work with business unit leaders to define HR/Admin strategies, Manpower Planning, Training & Development, Selection & Recruitment, C&B Policy, office adminstration services that will contribute to profitable business growth and
sustainable competitive advantage in the industry;
3.Monitor industrial relations and employee relations developments to prevent disputes. Provide recommendations to senior management and direct negotiations with unions, industry groups and industrial authorities to determine agreements and minimize the possibility of industrial disputes or to settle any disputes;
4.Develop selection & training plans and performance management programs to ensure that the staffs are able to grow and demonstrate mastery of required competencies in their jobs and deliver desired performance levels;
5.Ensure the implementation of all approved HR/Admin strategies and plans based on global and regional directions that are also consistently aligned with the local legislative requirements.
Job Requirements:
1.University degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
2.With 10 to 15 years working experience at the senior HR positions in multinational companies environment;
3.Previous working experience in leading a manufacturing plant, especially in Hi-tech/Electronics industry desirable;
4.Strong industry knowledge and conversant with PRC labour legislative requirements;
5.Well versed in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
6.Good presentation and communication skills;
