Main tasks:
•Supports customers or projects that are key to achieving business objectives
•Develops and executes laboratory programs to attain technical and business objectives
•Provides technical training to sales staff and distributors
•Monitors market development, technical innovations, competitive activities
•Understands and carries out activities in compliance of the company and lab safety
Requirements:
•Masters or PHD holder, more than 30 years old
•Min. 5 years working experience in PU application related Technical Service and/or Research & Development
•Preferred experience in leading a team of engineers
•Flexible foam or coatings background is preferred
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
