Title: Dev-Lead/Manager
Location: Shanghai

We are looking for people passionate about serving developer community and enterprise customers with innovative software to join the Connected Systems Division (CSD). In CSD, we are developing services and tools that are changing the way distributed applications are developed and deployed. You will work on the next generation software infrastructure that empowers customers to develop and deploy seriously secure, reliable, scalable, and high performance distributed applications. You will create ground-breaking technology innovations that will make IT Pros and developers ecstatic.

We are looking for a Lead Software Development Engineer to lead a team of developers to work on continuing the evolution and innovation of the .Net framework. The near-term focus will be on development and IT-Pro tools for Windows Communications Foundation (WCF) and Workflow Foundation (WF), and as well as WF Activities development.

Qualifications:
You will need to have 5+ years of development experience including quality implementation in C/C++/C# targeting Microsoft platforms, designing robust and scalable technical architecture for multi-tier applications, proficiency in unit test framework and debugging tools, using code analyzer and profiler to quantify code quality and performance, thorough understanding of development cycle, ability to enumerate work items and estimate workload accurately from high level requirements, etc.

You must have proven track record that demonstrates the ability to deliver complex product(s) from planning to ship plus experience in managing and growing people in your team,

Expertise in the some of the following technologies is a plus: WCF, WF, SoA. Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential. A BS/MS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related field is required. Skill involving managing projects across different regions is preferred.
