  职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
l Engineer and deploy voice and data technologies as required to support business connectivity needs for the locations outlined in the position summary
l Engineer and deploy a variety of technologies including: Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers, Check Point firewalls, Packeteer Packet Shapers, Nortel Contivity Switches, Avaya/CISCO telecom systems to support Accenture within the Asia Pacific Region.
l Provide operational support for deployed technologies including Tier 3 fault escalation and operational changes. Position will require On Call coverage to support mission critical facilities.
l Manage vendorproduct provisioning, procurement, and delivery of voice and data network service, hardware and software to agreed service levels and budgets.
l Manage complex network projects with minimal supervision or guidance.
l Work with multiple client groups to ensure that deployed infrastructure is meeting their functional requirements, service levels and budgetary requirements.
l Maintain a high level of knowledge on the deployment of network and voice technologies.
l Report project status on a weekly basis.
l Report issues to local management and area management on a weekly basis.
