Customer support (oversea)
Reports to：Spare Parts Manager

Purpose of the position
Give to distributors ( foreigners) assistance

Principal responsibilities:
1. Customer order entry.
2. First front help to customer (check parts code, delivery, prices, …).
3. Follow customer back orders
4. Prepare all kind of documents relate to customs and transportation
5. Execute specific task assigned by spare parts manager.
6. Fluent in written and oral English.
7. Background in import and export .
