Title: Senior Consultant/VGM or Senior Consultant/Partner
Report to: Managing Director

Part Three:

Essential Job Function

The person employed in the position is responsible for, but not limited to, coordination of in-house training program, involvement in consulting project from initial period till deliverables handover and development in new business programs.

*Establish the strategy for in-house program and consulting project
*Make yearly plan for company operation except the part of public seminar
*Lead and manage customer service and trainer team to obtain the contract from the targeted clients and develop customized program for them
*Focus on resolving logistics and purchase problem for MNCs in their operation
*Supervise the activities of consulting project, e.g consultant’s task allocation, customer analysis, project possibility, overall monitor
*Direct or initiate personnel actions such as promotions, incentive, discharges or disciplinary measures.


Qualifications and Experience:
*Education with master degree. MBA is preferred.
*+8 years MNC and local company experience in logistics& purchase& supply chain.
*Skillful in computer application, and reporting analysis.
*Experience in establishing, training and motivating a team would have an added advantage
*Have the ability to communicate comfortably and persuasively with high level executives
*Enthusiastic, highly motivated with good leadership abilities and strong communication, negotiation and management skills
