Description of the Position：
1) 10 years experience in manufacturing company (foreign-owned company)，(necessary)
2) Very strong experience in engineering and quality management。(necessary)
3) Strong experience /knowledge of upper-level company management. (necessary)
4) some knowledge of TL-9000
5) Experience in Fiber Optic assembly (passive or active ) preferred.
6) Excellent English。(necessary)
Responsibilities：
Will be charge of engineering dept and quality dept.
Will direct report to general manager.
