职位描述:

1. 领导恒宝公司在该地区的智能卡及其解决方案的销售和商务活动。
2. 主要针对电信和银行客户
3. 制定并执行富有创造力的销售和商务策略
4. 寻找、评估并辅导当地的代理/经销商
5. 负责地区的财务和市场发展目标,包括定单、销售、价格目标和应收帐款
6. 完成年度销售指标
7. 发展并维护重要客户关系
8. 提供并反馈客户对产品的需求信息
任职要求:
1. 至少五年工作经历
2. 至少三年销售和市场经验
3. 有相应的海外经验,最好有该地区经验
4. 不低于28岁
5. 计算机、通讯、电子或国际业务的本科或以上学历
6. 实现或超过商务目标的能力
7. 卓越的客户管理能力
8. 良好的英语或法语听说写表达能力
9. 敏锐的商务决断力
10. 独立工作能力

Overseas General Manager

Location: Middle East South America North Africa



ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead sales and commercial efforts for Hengbao’s smart cards and card-related solutions.

- Target major customers in the industries of telecommunications and banks.

- Develop and execute innovative sales/growth strategies.

- Search, evaluate and coach local agents or distributors.

- Manage financial and market development objectives, including orders, sales, pricing targets and accounts receivables.

- Deliver annual sales targets

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers

- Provide a key source of input and feedback regarding customer product/solution needs and requirements



QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of five year working experience.

- Minimum of three years experience in sales or marketing

- Overseas experience is required; experience in these areas is preferred.

- At least 28 years old

- Bachelor's degree or above in computer, telecommunication, electronics or international business

- Proven track record meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

- Experience that demonstrates excellent customer skills.

- Excellent proficiency of listening, speaking and writing in English or Arabic

- Strong business acumen

- Demonstrated ability to work independently
