  职位描述
Objectives:
During GIS contract execution, he is responsible to solve any trouble occurring during the site installation, to complete installation on time and to customer satisfaction
Job Contents:
1.
-He works on contracts and follows the project general planning managed by the Project Manager. He reports functionally to the PM.
-He follows the installation from Exwork to end of commissioning, and deal with any trouble occurring after delivery. He defines the installation schedule, and make sure it is followed once customer, supervisor, contractor, and PM agreed.
-He liaises with HV and LV design engineers to find solutions, correct mistakes, and carry out modifications.
-He follows closely the supply chain from site request to site delivery.
-He intervenes in case of trouble during warranty period and after warranty.
-He may liaise with the Product Quality Manager, Production Manager, to find the problem, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
-He communicates with the packing sub-contractor, and transport company (DHL, EMS,....).
-He raises and follow-up Purchase requests.
-He identifies risks during installation, and proposes actions plan.
-He is responsible for on-time commissioning, customer satisfaction, and installation budget deviation.
2. Technical support
-He is the main support of the Supervisor during installation.
-He prepares and provides the supervisor with all necessary documentations to complete installation successfully.
-He will liaise internally to answer the Supervisor request.
-He follows closely the schedule, and takes immediate actions when a deviation occurs not to postpone the end of commissioning.
-He participates on a weekly basis, to the quality meeting organized by the Quality department to review the site quality issues and corresponding actions update.
-He follows purchases, chase buyer to meet deadlines in line with installation schedule.
-He keeps Supervisor informed of progress.
-He keeps installation updated on a weekly basis.
-He makes sure that the different internal departments give the priorities to site issues.
-He sets-up deadlines for HV & LV engineering, re-orders to meet installation schedule without delaying end of commissioning.
-He decides of the best technical solution to solve as quickly as possible any issue on site.
3. He contributes from his experiences
-To consult the sales and tenders department in one region or one specialty (geographical zone, technical points, risks, etc...) by dialogues and project review files.
To notify the marketing and R&D department information on concurrence and customer standard requirements.
Requirements:
1. Education / Experience
Bachelor degree in electrical or general engineering with minimum 3 years experience in design and/or installation of mechanical and electrical industrial equipment.
2.Specific knowledge
-Autonomous,
-Hard working, action orientated
-Communication skills
-General office software
-CAD basic knowledge appreciated
-Planning and resources setting-up
-Foreign language : English
-Technical drawing reading, Bill of material analysis
-Good understanding of factory process, and manufacturing process
-Good product knowledge
-Knowledge of relative specific standards, the safety and the environmental conditions of product
-Have enough abilities to analyze and manage risks
-Present the interests in economic and culture (in order to facilitate and valorize the relationship with customers)
-Know preparing and holding the meetings
-Know managing several projects in the same time
