LOCATION: Jiading (Shanghai)
DEPARTMENT: HeadQuarter REPORT TO: Country General Manager
TRAVELLING REQUIRED: Frequent EDUCATION: Bachelor or above Degree in the IT field
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least 5 years in similar positions
Responsibilities:
-definition and management of ICT services and infrastructure
-translating local business demands/ needs into ICT demands
-Drive process innovation and organisational change for a specific set of processes as part of an ICT initiative
-scouting, assessment and realization of pilot projects for new technologies solutions, consistently with the corporate development targets
-ERP system implementation, in order to ensure the standardization of ICT solutions according to the Company and Group synergies
-management and drawing up ICT budget and benchmarking for cost reduction, according to Planning Methods & Quality Assurance guidelines
-coordination, diffusion, application and monitoring of the security and telecommunication policy (traditional computing data lines, wireless technologies, fixed and portable telephone and video conferencing)
-providing services to users
REQUIREMENTS:
-Economic skills in order to manage budget (running costs and capitalized costs) and business case analysis ability (cost/benefit based on Net Present Value).
-Project Management, general Business Processes knowledge (mainly Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Administration)
-ICT experience and knowledge: Architectures, Software and Hardware, Packages, Office Automation, LAN, WAN, MS packages, Applications, ERPs (SAP and Baan is a plus), Security, ICT Methods and Standards.
-Understanding of manly industrial processes (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality) and main support systems.
