  职位描述
Main Duties:
1. Develop regional IT work plan and deploy the implementation according to China IT Annual Plan;
2. Establish and improve regional IT management and operation procedures; implement SRL’s IT Policies and Procedures;
3. Establish and maintain Helpdesk operation according to defined Service Standards.
4. Manage and control regional hardware, software and applications working closely with regional operations, apply and identify the requirements on hardware and software;
5. Responsible for organization, coordination, support for the implementation of infrastructure, system operations and applications for regional offices;
6. Manage and support the maintenance of regional application systems; Design, deploy, monitor, and manage the SRL China WAN and the Internet access from retail shops.
7. Train users on IT management policies & procedures and computer technology;
8. Support and solve users’ requirements and problems in time through open communication with regional operations management, end users and other IT function teams;
9. Maintain and control China IT budget;
10. Organize and manage IT Control Review to ensure the security of network, computer system and business data;
11. Organize and coordinate application development and report automation projects;
12. Communicate and cooperate with SRL IT teams from HK / BJ / SH / GZ and other IT vendors;
13. Lead China IT infrastructure team;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Information Technology, computer application
2. At least 5 years work experience in IT technical support and project management. Familiar with system operation in business environment
3. Familiar with computer hardware and software technology, network administration, database management and development tools.
4. Fluent in spoken and written English
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Strong influencing skills, good tracked leadership and project management skills
7. Creative and open mind, work hard and energetic, good teamwork spirit
