  职位描述
Our Client:
The client is a famous company and specialize in world energy. It offers its customers technological solutions for highly reliable nuclear power generation and electricity transmission and distribution. It has operation in more than 100 countries and 61,000 employees worldwide

Position Responsibilities:
To be responsible for the design of the JV products at the most competitive total price compatible with the required quality and time delivery, using the regulations and tools provided within company's Technology License
To succeed in issuing accurate and timely design of the JV products according to the requirements of the company's Technology and to meet the requirements of other departments
To succeed in issuing accurate and timely design of the JV products according to the requirements of the company's Technology and to meet the requirements of other departments
To be responsible for producing, timely in accordance with the Master Schedule, the design (electrical, mechanical, thermal, etc..) of the JV Products and to release of the information to the relevant departments
To be responsible for producing, timely in accordance with the request of the Sales & Marketing Department the Tender Design and the Costs Estimates for all new Customer's enquiries
To report to his immediate manager on a regular basis on Project progress
To report to his immediate manager any difficulties which could affect the release dates of documents and information requested by the Project Master Schedule, and to assist in the search of corrective actions
To propose to his immediate manager any development of tools which could improve the efficiency of daily work in general or for a specific project for review and implementation by the Technology Development section when relevant
To be responsible for filing all documents
All other reasonable duties requested by the immediate manager, Employee Handbook and JV Company Management
To organize and supervise the work of his direct team
To be responsible for the definition and implementation of job descriptions, working procedures and performance monitoring of his direct team
To prepare yearly budgets, control the cost of the department
To motivate the staff of the department
To schedule the workload and manage with the resources
To supervise the employees in the department to abide by the national regulation and policy related to environment, health and safety self-consciously

Skill Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
At least 8-years working experiences in power transformer electrical design, 2-years management experiences of a team over 3 people
Be rich in the electrical design principles and practice knowledge for transformers of 220kV and above, and be able to analyze the importance issues concerning the electrical design
Good command of English and Chinese, both in writing and oral
Good communication and presentation skill
