  职位描述
Overall Purpose of the Role:
Newly required position under the Global Business Management organisation responsible, from an Account perspective, for the overall provision of contracted Asset Management services, including implementation of Asset Management Tools and Processes, across Asia-including China, Thailand, Japan, Singapore, India and other smaller company locations across Asia.


Responsibilities:
The Asset Management Business Analyst is responsible for:
- coordination of all asset management activities within the Asia region for the GM Account
- coordination/interface of those activities with their peer in Australia, other regions, and/or the Global tower and factory leads.
- coordination/interface with the Service Delivery / Operations team used across Asia for the hands-on operational delivery of asset management services.
- deployment of the GM Account tools and processes needed to fullfill the contractual obligations. This includes understanding the global, common processes and adapting these to suit the Asian operations. This also involves proactively driving process re-engineering with impacted [Client Name] teams across Asia, as well as assessment of Best Shore opportunities.
- timely delivery of the contracted services (e.g. reporting)
- represent the regional asset management tower towards the [Client Name] HBUs and (as required) the GM customer.

Qualifications/Experience
Pre-requisites for the position include:
- Fluent English ? written and spoken
- Proven experience in delivering asset management system solutions in an IT organisation
- Strong knowledge/experience of infrastructure asset management.
- Well developed business analyst skills.
- Experience in implemented process change in a global organisation
- Customer-facing relationship management skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong “Hands on” / “can do” attitude
- Willingness to proactively accept responsibility, drive change and make decisions as required

Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of GM Account Global Business Management ASSET MANAGEMENT procedures, processes and tools
- Knowledge of the GM Account services, customers and operations
- Knowledge of business process re-engineering practices
- Process documentation skills
- Change Management skills

Special Requirements: e.g. shift work - lifting - on-call required etc.
- Willingness to participate in internal conference calls - often out of local business hours
- Availability to travel ? both within Asia Pacific region (including Australia), as well as inter-continental travel such as to USA (as required ? not expected more than once per annum)
