Job Description
岗位描述
-Local support and operations of applications: SAP-LES Logistics Execution, SAP-SD Sales. Dependant on qualification also support for: E-Commerce (EDI)
-Second level support for the SAP applications: LES, SD and dependant on the qualification: E-commerce (EDI).
-Analyzing and solving problems caused by failures in the software application or wrong business user input.
-Coordination and control of technical improvements of the current software application (performance, failures, dumps).
-Coordination and control as well as the implementation of Change Requests and project activities.
-Project management of local IT projects in accordance with the global function Application Operations.
-Consulting the local departments concerning the functions and procedures of the Group applications.
-On appointment workshops or individual trainings for the departments.
-Coordination and execution of tests for the dedicated region.
-Global tasks as a member of the global function Application Operations
Requirements:
岗位要求：
-At least 4 years experience in IT area having profound knowledge of applications for Logistics Execution and Sales
-Fluent in spoken and written English
-Good communication skills.
-Advanced knowledge of business processes concerning Logistics Execution and Sales
-Basic programming knowledge ABAP
-Bachelor degree plus knowledge of German language would be helpful for working together on problems with German colleagues |
