  职位描述
Job Responsibilities
- To support the daily operation of the computer network and office automation within company.
- To provide technical support for both hardware and software to end user in China
- Coordinate with the purchase, installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Assist in the internal project implementations under corporate IT standard.
- Organize training to end-user for office application.

Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related areas.
- At least 2 years IT experience in multi-national company.
- Good command of English.
- Familiar with Microsoft office, Exchange server and common office software.
- Hand-on experience in troubleshooting for computers, OS and network equipment.
- Experience in Cisco Router, Nortel Contivity, SAP is an advantage.
- Able to work effectively and independently under pressure.
- Customer oriented.
