  职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Design questionnaires
-Deliver fieldwork briefing to ensure the interviewers are clear about the purposes and logic of the flow of the questionnaires
-Data analysis
-Design reports and charts
-Project management including DP, FW and QC department
-Train and supervise researchers to ensure they acquire basic research techniques.
-Assist senior members

Requirement:
-University degree with At least 3 years' experience in research or related industry
-Able to manage projects from proposal stage to presentation and final reports
-Good management, delegation and coaching skills
-Excellent communication skills; proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is a must;
-Excellent abilities of analysis, problem solving, project management and team member training;
-Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
-High proficiency of the usage of MS Office Software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Statistic software (e.g. SPSS)


工作职责：
-问卷设计
-在问卷设计好以后， 培训项目执行部门， 确保执行人员严格按照要求完成问卷
-数据分析
-撰写报告和图表
-项目管理， 协调各个部门的工作，包括DP, FW 和QC部门
-监督并培训初级研究人员，确保他们掌握基本的研究技能
-辅助高级管理人员的工作

职位要求：
-本科学历，至少3年行业工作经验
-能够掌握并控制从项目提案到报告宣讲的各个阶段的工作
-良好的管理能力、领导才能和培训技巧
-优秀的表达交流能力，熟练的英文听说读写能力
-能在压力下工作并能同时处理好多项工作
-精通办公软件的使用和统计分析软件（如SPSS）
