Requirements:-
-Education ？Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering or Computer Engineering degree from a top university
-5+ years experience in product development
-Strong architecture, design and technical delivery skills
-Technology experience ？Expertise in at least one technology of Java, J2EE
-Repeated successes in coaching and mentoring team members to attain high levels of both technical and leadership excellence
-Leadership: Excellence in setting team direction based on a command of both the business and technical objectives; High sense of urgency and ability to act decisively in a dynamic environment; goal and deadline oriented/results driven; Excellence in working with and influencing others in order to accomplish objectives; persuasiveness, consensus building and facilitative skills to encourage ideas and multiple viewpoints;?utstanding communication ability
