职位描述：
 1.Manage the Customers complaints and warranty claims giving the feedback to Customers and reporting to Italy Headquarter;
2.Making technical training to the Emak dealers on the issues related to use, maintenance and repairing of Emak products;
3.Develop the correct communication channels related technical issues to dealers in China;
4.Make promotion activities on China market from the technical point of view and working in close contact with the sales staff;
5.Make in a systematic way meeting to Dealers facilities to grant their skill and updating training on technical aspects related to Emak products and collecting their feedback on quality and technical problems;
任职资格：
1.Have a fluent English, attitude to make frequent trips and good relationship abilities;
2.Mechanical Engineer with 2- 4 years experience in the following area:After sales Dept /R&D laboratories/QC Dept for companies that produce and sell: motorcycle, gasoline power generator, gasoline water pumps, air compressors, power tools, gasoline forklift.
