We are looking for seasoned Enterprise Account Executives with aggressive hunting skills and a proven track record selling into Enterprise accounts. The location of this is to be decided (China base).
The Enterprise Accounts Executive is responsible for driving direct sales into new and upsell into existing accounts thereafter. Enterprise Representatives actively create and manage new sales cycles including prospecting, developing executive relationships, building business cases, negotiating contracts, and closing business.
•Build and manage a pipeline and continually generate new opportunities within the Enterprise space. •Conduct online sales presentations, or face to face meeting and prepare proposals for customers. •Meet and exceed quarterly quotas. •Forecast sales activity, enter and maintain prospects in CRM System. •Work closely with Regional Director & Snr. Sales Manager + Client Services Group & SE to ensure rapid and widespread adoption of company services, as well as retention of existing customer base.
•Preferably value selling & solution selling experience. Background of ERP, MRP, SAP (BAAN, PeopleSoft, Oracle) will be considered as well. •Familiar with solution selling techniques NOT technical/product selling. •Proven track record of success (should have made quota consistently). •Proven track record of excellent customer relationship management. •Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills. •Ability to embrace and respect the team culture approach •Works well in a matrix organization. •Well connected in industry, be able to convert existing customers over. •Excellent presentation skills in front of high level executives.
•Minimum 4-5 years of B2B sales experience in a software or high-tech environment with at least 2 years of selling business application based solutions into Enterprise accounts. •Relentless personality & strong drive for success. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. •Excellent communication and phone skills. •Detail oriented with strong follow up skills. •Experience conducting web-based sales demonstrations. •Demonstrated successful sales record by consistently achieving or exceed assigned sales quota. •Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and relevant experience.
