- Develop and maintain healthy and good relationships with current and new clients, media & government organizations - Develop strategic proposals according to clients’ needs and ultimately implement them; - Develop potential client database / network for new business approach - Leading new business pitch, PR proposal final quality control and presentation etc; - Control P & L of projects and team expenses; - Develop new business; - Create and develop new business models for related functions; - Develop and maintain healthy and good relationships with and between team members--Event teams, Digital teams, Beijing office, business partners such as PSWW and e-Vision; - Supervise for efficient and professional team management, develop and train up current and new team members; - Conduct training both internally and externally; - Oversee staff and team development including coaching, mentoring, performance reviewing and training needs - Participation in company strategic planning process - Participate in speaking opportunities - Other functions as assigned by the Company. Job Requirements:
- A degree holder with major preferably in Public Relations / Mass Communications / Journalism / Marketing; - Minimum of 10 years experience in public relations, marketing, advertising field, of which not less than 5 years in international advertising or public relations agency; - Proven experience in a director above senior position of agency will be an advantage; - Outgoing, independent, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills; - Strong leadership and team management; - Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin speaking is a must; - Experience in PR China is an advantage;
