FINANCE DIRECTOR OR SENIOR MANAGER Job Responsibilities - Lead the corporate accounting and reporting team - Prepare internal financial reports for the Board of Directors and senior management in a timely manner - Prepare external quarterly and annual reports (10-Q and 10-K) to be filed with SEC on a timely basis - Formulate and implement accounting policies and procedures in compliance with US GAAP - Maintain and document proper internal controls and procedures to meet requirements by Sarbane Oxley 404 - Optimize reporting package and accounting processes to improve efficiency of finance department - Design and implement stronger operational reporting to provide more accurate and reliable information for senior management and business line heads - Interact with external auditors and government agencies including tax authorities - Assist in overall cost control, gross margin improvement, cash flow management, organization structure, business development activities, and strategies - Design and implement stronger operational reporting to provide more accurate and reliable information for senior management and business line heads - Act as internal advisor to senior management and business line heads
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in financial accounting area with 5 years in Big 4 - Have solid knowledge and experience of US GAAP - SO 404 experience required - Strong professional English writing skill - AICPA preferred
